Celebrating French Food 22 – 25 March 2016 – MENU ANNOUNCED

Just announced – our wonderful menu to celebrate Goût de France (GoodFrance) next week. Whitebait is one of only 8 restaurants chosen in NZ to participate. The menu is:

NZ crayfish mousseline, bisque, gel,
Preserved Kapiti Coast Albacore tuna with roasted hot and sweet peppers, tomato, fresh herbs and grilled sourdough,
Wood oven roasted NZ bouillabaisse
Comte (cheese) with housemade sultana sourdough, crackers, apple and date salad
Late harvest NZ raspberry mille feuille.

Menu available Tuesday – Friday night (22nd to 25th March). Set menu is $110 per person – there will also be wine matches available (extra).
